Hi, I’m Mallika, a counseling psychologist and the founder of Talk Your Mind. With a Master’s in Psychology and training in various therapeutic approaches like Positive Psychotherapy, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy, I help young adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life’s many challenges.

Therapy, to me, is more than just techniques. It is about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. By blending evidence-based methods with creative expression, I tailor each session to your unique journey, helping you build resilience and embrace personal growth.
